Expectations:

We expect each player to be committed. Understanding there is going to be conflict with schedule and times when kids are sick or possibly injured. We expect that to be minimal. We ask each player to be the best player he can be. This means giving his personal best effort every time. We want to build a positive environment that provides a good experience for the boys. This starts with you. We ask for everyone to support our efforts in order to provide the best possible experience. If you have an issue, please bring it up to the coach at the appropriate time. Exercise the 24-hour rule. This does not include what the lineup should be or what position he should play. If a boy has an interest in something particular, have him approach the coach. Most often, coaches are willing to work on positions in practice, prior to providing the opportunity in a game.
